Hyper Core Training
Our Core Training program is a hybrid of traditional martial arts and modern training drills focused on sparring, self-defense and character-building skills. Every training session improves your life by increasing your fitness, strength and confidence. The Core Training program is a fun and inspirational experience that gives members the skill set for success.

Through the practice of martial arts, our members not only stay physically active but also develop mental and emotional strength, empowering them to live their best lives. Our Core Training program is designed to inspire and educate, focusing on foundational training skills and incorporating fun and engaging drills to motivate and challenge you to reach your goals and exceed your potential.

Sparring
Core Training is designed to provide our members with the basic skills and techniques to become martial arts athletes. Sparring is the best way to learn self-defense techniques, practice skills and improve performance.
By training in the most progressive self-defense and sparring techniques, you and your family will learn to gain confidence and stand up for yourselves and others. These training sessions make our approach to martial arts instruction more real, more fun and more valuable to every member because you are training with friends in a safe and supportive environment.

Self-Defense
Self-defense is a crucial part of training in the martial arts. Self-defense training gives you and your family the physical skills, mental intelligence and emotional strength you need to keep yourselves safe. Our innovative, interactive classes provide practical, real-world self-defense scenarios that incorporate combative training and drills to take our members and turn them into high-level self-defense athletes.
Our members develop awareness, become physically and mentally strong and gain confidence while learning high-level self-defense skills so that they are ready for any situation they may face. We focus on teaching our members to respond to a dangerous situation quickly, safely and effectively so they can focus on living their best lives.

Character-Building
All of our classes are designed to help develop skills for life-long success. We work hard to turn our members into highly-skilled athletes with the dedication, motivation and focus to reach their goals in every aspect of life by providing them with the tools they need to develop mentally and physically.

Our classes offer a fun, interactive environment surrounded by a community of friends working towards a common goal to live their best lives while becoming more physically fit and disciplined. We work with every member, no matter their skill level, to help them achieve their goals and improve with every training session.
Our trainers are pro-level athletes and are required to complete an advanced leadership training curriculum before they start working with members, undergoing 100+ hours of time on the mat training with a variety of age-groups and skill levels.
Every class is structured and optimized to fit your life and help you reach your goals. We offer youth, teen & adult and family classes, each ranging from 20-30 students to allow for more personalized attention and a better learning environment.
Research on martial arts safety has been done for decades. The data shows that you're more likely to be injured playing basketball or football than participating in martial arts. While there is some risk involved in participating in any sport, safety is our top priority.
