HYPER PRO TRAINING
Developed by industry-leading pro athletes and trainers, Hyper Pro Training classes are a fusion of martial arts techniques, plyometrics, acrobatics, creative forms, and weapons forms. Surrounded by friends in a highly motivating environment, you will learn to jump higher, kick faster, and hit harder while improving speed, power, agility, and flexibility – all while building the mindset of a next-level athlete. Pro Training members experience exclusive special events, workshops, and demonstrations making this program a fun and innovative training experience.

Creative Forms & Weapons
Our creative forms and weapons curriculum respects tradition and embraces innovation by combining traditional martial arts weapons techniques with performance-based instruction to transform our members into powerful, highly-trained athletes ready to win in life. We focus on combinations designed to challenge you and keep your skills sharp while giving you the focus, flexibility and power you need to put on an incredible performance.
Every class helps improve your jumps-kicks, strikes and acrobatics so you are ready to perform any move – all while building friendships and having fun with a team of fellow athletes.

Jump-Kicks & Acrobatics
Our simplified teaching techniques are specially optimized to make mastering complex movements approachable and fun. By focusing on performance, this goal-driven program introduces members to a range of acrobatic movements including jumps-kicks, spins and more while challenging them to be their best.
With the personal support of our skilled trainers and their fellow athletes, members have the chance to practice their skills and improve as they learn to hit harder, strike faster and jump higher, boosting their confidence, discipline and overall health as they train.
